Honda CRV was lauched in India since in 1995 and still moving with it’s new model’s and with a nice interior and it’s having fabulous specifications. Honda Motor Company has made this new model from making of Honda Civic. Only the comparision in this two cars is that they both look same, they both have quite matching specifications and the biggest difference is that Honda Civic is a sedan car and Honda CRV is a compact XUV and these cars have a nice sporty look also. Honda Motor Company has launched CRV from 1995 till now in Four Generation’s.

First Honda CRV production was done around 1995–2001. This Vehicle was launched in Japan in 1995, the CRV of Honda was First designed in SUV compact. At Japan it’s dealership was only done in Honda Verno; it was powered by the 2.0 L straight-fourB20B producing 128 hp (95 kW) and 133 lb·ft (180 N·m) of torque. Outer dimensions for this engine would be identical to the Integra’s 1.8 L engine, but internally the engine had a larger 84 mm (3.3 in) bore to add the extra displacement needed to produce more torque. The engine utilized a one-piece cylinder sleeve construction unique from any other B-series engine due to overlapping combustion chambers.

The Second Generation Honda CRV is very huge in size and heavier than it’s all model’s based on then seventh generation Honda Civic and powered by the K24A1 engine. And it’s Production was done from 2001–2006. It’s transmission 5-6 speed manual and 4-5 speed automatic. Per new SAE regulations, the same engine is now rated at 156 hp (116 kW) and 160 lb·ft (220 N·m). Despite the power increase, the new CR-V retained the fuel economy of the previous model, thanks in part to the engine’s i-VTEC system.
